Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We ensure that the equipment model, configuration parameters, core components and the product description and pictures are identical.
On-site Acceptance: After the equipment arrives at Hong Kong, if you find any major problems such as missing configurations, model inconsistencies, etc., you need to provide photos, videos and technical inspection reports within 72 hours of the equipment's arrival at Hong Kong, and we will deal with them in accordance with the terms of the cross-border contract.
Note: Visual differences (such as slight changes in color) caused by the shooting angle and light of the equipment shall prevail in kind, and those that do not affect performance are not quality problems.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
After marking "Out of Stock" on the product page, if the product is replenished within 3 months, notification will be pushed through your account's bound cell phone number/email, and the inventory status will be updated synchronously. If the product is out of stock for a long period of time (more than 6 months), customer service will take the initiative to contact you to provide alternative solutions. Customized production: some construction machinery (such as special specifications of excavators, cranes) need 12-16 weeks production cycle, out of stock can be prioritized scheduling (subject to a 30% deposit)

Shipped directly from the equipment production base, delivered by sea (container / bulk carrier), land (cross-border trucks) or air (small parts).
Overseas warehouse shipment: some popular models have been stocked in advance to the United States, Europe, the Middle East and other regions of the overseas warehouse, the specific inventory need to consult customer service.
Logistics program:
Provide "door-to-door" cross-border logistics services (including domestic consolidation, international transportation, customs clearance at destination port, and final delivery to construction site/warehouse), with costs calculated according to the volume and weight of the equipment, transportation distance and insurance requirements.
Support FOB, CIF, DDP and other international trade terms, you can choose according to your needs when placing an order, and we provide full customs clearance documents to assist.
